CRYSTAL WIRE BRACELETS !!
Welcome back!
As you all can see, I frequently combine various craft techniques to produce something entirely different and wearable. This time I took a commercial knitting spool and used colored wire to create a knitted “tube” into which I inserted faceted glass crystals. Each piece is completed with bead cones, spring rings and a hand made sterling silver clasp. Notice that there are three spring rings added to one side for adjusting the size and fit on the wrist. These are very comfortable and try wearing more than one for a really jazzy look. So far I used peach, deep blue, lime green, bronze, amethyst and clearAB crystals with complementary colored wire. The combos are endless! Next will be some wonderful knit neckpieces, and wire knit necklaces and earrings. Let me know what you think! Stay tuned.

I bought a tool from a bead shop that allows me to make the above bracelets, however, it didn’t come with instructions and they could sell the tool but not tell me how to use it. Appearently they have a class that teaches it but I live in another state. It’s a round peg style piece of wood with a hole down the center and on one end it has 4 metal loops. Do you know how to use this and if so could you let me know how? Thank you
